Seasons Greetings from Youth and Family ministries!

We have a lot of fun and exciting upcoming events for our youth and their families and we welcome all to join us for these events, as well as Sunday School @ 9:30 (Adult Ed in Fellowship Hall and Children’s Ed in the Upper Campus Classroom) and church @ 10:30.

To kick off each month, on the first Sunday of every month, the teens will make a buffet style breakfast for the church family before 10:30 worship.  Please join us for pancakes, eggs, bacon and fruit and of course mingling with other families and friends! Below is a list of our upcoming events for Winter. We hope you will join us and wish you blessings and peace as the Holidays approach.

Youth and Family Ministries’ Upcoming Events

We are started a new tradition this year. ..The children participated in decorating the church for Christmas! Each Sunday through Dec 22, the children brought part of the nativity (a life sized one) into the sanctuary in preparation for our Christmas Pageant on Dec 24. This was great fun and a very special way to involve the children in decorating and learning the story of the nativity and birth of Jesus. The result was a wonderful pageant at 5:00 pm on christmas Eve.

Jan 12: Join us in celebrating the Baptism of Jesus with a “Pick me up Potluck”! Details to follow.

Jan 15: Come and meet the man who was the official photographer for martin Luther King Jr.! In celebration of Martin Luther King Jr., we have a very special guest, photographer John Fitch here at 7pm.
