The Hillcrest Church Community Food Pantry (“the Food Pantry”) has been providing food to the community of Pleasant Hill and surrounding communities since the 1950’s. The Food Pantry is a partner agency of the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano.
Get Food From the Food Pantry
All residents of Contra Costa County and veterans and students, wherever their residence, are now able to receive a 3-day supply of food once per month at the Hillcrest Church Food Pantry.
All that is needed to receive food is identification for each member of the family being served, including children residing in the household. All information is kept confidential.

The Food Pantry follows COVID 19 guidelines. Visitors must wear a mask.
The Food Pantry is staffed and managed by volunteer members and friends of Hillcrest Church. Our volunteers assemble food bags, stock shelves, and assist clients. It is not necessary to be a member of Hillcrest to volunteer. Contact us for further information.
Donations to the Food Room, Clothing Room, and Layette Program
Donations support this important program! Non-perishable food donations may be brought to the Food Room during open hours or to the Church Office during office hours. Monetary donations may be brought or mailed to the Church Office or given electronically.
