Race and Faith : Looking Ahead Two Workshops

Unconscious Bias and Microaggressions – Sunday, April 18 11:00a.m. – 1:00p.m.

This training is designed to help you identify your unintended biases and microaggressions to better engage in relationship with others who don’t share a common identity.. This worshop is free and open to all.

Transforming through the Grief Process – Sunday, May 2 11:00a.m. – 1:00p.m.

  Grieving can be an opportunity to transform or “resurrect” into new life – in this case,
the  new life of equality, justice and love for one another.  

 Facilitator Fresh “Lev” White is a mindfulness and diversity trainer, who has worked with the Interfaith Council of Contra Costa County.

During our Sunday Morning Zoom Fellowship at 11:00 am on April 18 and May 2, we will sponsor these two workshops in the areas of Race and Faith. To participate, please contact the Church office for a Zoom Link during the week prior to the workshop.
