Following our worship theme of “The Church in Acts,” we will be diving deeper into the history of the church in the time of Acts (from around 30-62 AD). What were the very first churches like as Jesus’ disciples became the Apostles starting churches of their own? What was the Jewish Roman experience like at the time of Acts? What can history and archaeology tell us that might give context to our reading of the bible?

We will be discussing all of this and more in our six week Adult Education series, beginning on the 21st at 9:30 before services in the Parlor. I hope you’ll be able to join us for some or all of our discussion.
